OVERVIEW
Our Company i.e. Vision Time India Limited is engaged into media and entertainment business mainly operating in South India having a legacy of over 30 years. We are primarily engaged into media agency services (including planning and distribution), content creation, content production and management, event management and digital marketing. Our Subsidiaries are Trendloud Digital India Private Limited and Trend Music Private Limited.
Our primary source of revenue is derived from being a media agency, wherein we specialize in media buying and planning. We also generate revenue from producing TV Serials through the funded model and over-the-top (OTT) media service through one of our subsidiary i.e. TrendLoud Digital India Private Limited.
Founded in 1992 as a creator in television content marketing, our Company has developed into a full-scale media house with diversified operations in broadcast TV, digital content, influencer marketing, celebrity endorsements, ad film production and music distribution. Our Company is culturally rooted and has platform-agnostic approach, due to which we have been a trusted partner for both regional and national brands seeking impactful media and marketing solutions. While our Company having marketed more than 20,000 episodes and producing 50+ ad films through Trendloud Digital India Private Limited for top multinational and national Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Home Appliances, Edutainment, BFSI and Jewellery brands and having partnerships with tech and service companies with diverse network, our Company combines years of industry experience with in-depth knowledge and execution capabilities. Our infrastructure complete with four dubbing studios, four edit tables and one green matte studio and a dedicated permanent shoot set ups for urban, office, rural, hospital, police station, middle class house and for non-fiction environments which enables our Company to provide end-to-end production services. Our clientele includes several online OTT entertainment companies.
Our experience has enabled us to combine traditional and digital media to deliver all-inclusive tailored solutions. Over the years, our Company expanded into emerging areas such as OTT platforms, social media and digital advertising thereby maintaining an established market position in the entertainment industry in South India. Since the inception of regional satellite channels in southern region in India, our Company has played a vital role in marketing television serials, collaborating with established production houses in South India.
OUR PROMOTERS
Our Promoter Ms. G Vaidehi commenced her journey in 1992 with a sole proprietorship concern titled ‘Vision Time’wherein she started the business of advertising specializing in satellite program marketing and monetizing ad-related content. Recognizing the growth of the media industry and to institutionalise our media operations, Ms. G Vaidehi and Mr. S. Ramamurthy established Vision Time India Private Limited in 2002. During, 2004, the business of Vision Time was acquired by our Company on a going concern basis and all other assets and liabilities of Vision Time including the right to use the name ‘Vision Time’. Further, in October 2024, the Company’s name was changed to Vision Time India Limited. Initially, the focus of our Company was mainly on content marketing through audio ads on national radio broadcast platform and visual ads on national television channel, however, as the media landscape progressed , we expanded our reach to regional satellite channels in the southern region of India, which allowed our Company to establish itself as an all-inclusive media service provider, catering to the growing demand for diverse content across both traditional and modern media platforms. The experience, expertise and in-depth industry knowledge of our Promoters gives us the competitive advantage for servicing our existing clientele and acquisition of new clients.
